Office Manager - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. The position offers a competitive salary of 1700 per month.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to management and staff


• Organize and manage office operations


• Coordinate office activities and review office procedures


• Manage workflow and ensure timely completion of projects


• Develop and implement filing systems


• Maintain financial records, including invoices, budgets, and accounts payable/receivable


• Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an office management role
