We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a passion for mixology, and the ability to think on their feet.

In this role you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, interacting with customers, and ensuring that the bar is fully stocked and organized. The successful candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a bartender
• Knowledge of mixology techniques and beer, wine, or cocktail recipes
• Familiarity with alcoholic beverages from around the world
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and problem solve quickly
• Ability to work independently or with a team

Responsibilities:
• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks & drinks according to customers’ needs & preferences
• Check customers’ identification to ensure they meet legal drinking age
• Stay guest focused by anticipating guests’ needs especially during peak hours • Restock and replenish bar inventory items as needed • Make sure the bar area is clean & organized at all times • Stay updated on current menu items & promotions • Comply with all health & safety regulations
