We are seeking an experienced Welder for a full-time position in Khawr Fakkan. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.

The ideal candidate should have a good eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. We are willing to consider a foreign applicant, with or without prior experience in welding.

The salary package is set at AED 1800 per month plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints & technical drawings to determine precise welding requirements
• Select appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements
• Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g. cut material with powered saws to match measurements)
• Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded
• Align components using clamps, jigs, and/or fixtures
• Weld components using manual/semi-automatic/automatic welding equipment in flat, vertical or overhead positions
• Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to detect flaws
• Repair or fill holes, indentations, seams or cracks on metal surfaces using hand tools and welding equipment
• Maintain equipment in a clean and orderly condition


Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/degree in Welding Technology or related field (preferred but not required)
• Proven experience as welder (preferred but not required)
• Ability to read technical documents & drawings
• Knowledge of relative safety standards & willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves etc.)
• Attention to detail & good hand-eye coordination
