Position: Merchandiser

We are looking for an experienced and creative Merchandiser to join our team in El-Ain. This position requires a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is able to work independently and manage their time efficiently. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and possess strong organizational abilities. The successful candidate should be able to analyze sales trends, identify potential opportunities, and develop innovative strategies to maximize profits.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university. A minimum of two years of merchandising experience is required. Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledge of retail analytics tools such as SPSS Predictive analytics software is beneficial but not required. Successful applicants should also be comfortable working with cross-functional teams across various departments.

Salary & Benefits
