Job Description:
Merchandiser – Sharjah, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. As a Merchandiser you will be responsible for managing the display and promotion of our product range, ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining stock levels and monitoring customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales
• Monitor stock levels and re-order when necessary
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for future sales
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, design and buying to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Ensure merchandise is properly displayed in store windows and in-store areas
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements based on customer comments
• Update promotional materials on a regular basis
• Maintain knowledge of current trends in product design, packaging, pricing and promotions
• Ensure all pricing is updated correctly on shelves and signage

Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience as Merchandiser or similar role in retail industry
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management software will be an advantage
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team

Salary: 1500 AED per month. We are ready to consider foreign candidates.
