Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a commitment to excellence. In this position, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen staff in creating delicious cuisine, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. As part of your role, you must also be able to maintain a safe kitchen environment while adhering to all local health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
• Culinary degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
• Extensive knowledge of different cooking methods, ingredients and preparation techniques
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations and HACCP guidelines
• Leadership skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
