Chef Wanted in Bani Yas City!

We are looking for a talented, dedicated and experienced Chef to join our team in Bani Yas City. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food items, as well as overseeing the kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare and cook meals according to established standards.
• Ensure quality control is maintained at all times.
• Monitor portion control and profitability of recipes.
• Create new recipes and menus.
• Manage purchasing of food supplies and kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks accordingly.
• Comply with safety, sanitation and hygiene standards at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area at all times.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a chef or cook in a professional setting.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and methods including baking and pastry making.
• Understanding of nutrition principles and their application to menus.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude towards problem solving.

We offer a salary of 1300 AED per month, depending on experience and qualifications, plus other benefits such as medical insurance coverage for you or your family members if applicable.
