Job Title: Barista

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Salary: 1600 AED/month

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude and a passion for making great coffee. We are open to considering candidates with no experience, as we are willing to provide the necessary training.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service in the preparation of coffee drinks, as well as other related beverages. They will also be expected to maintain cleanliness standards in the area and ensure that all relevant safety regulations are followed at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare coffee drinks according to standard recipes and specific customer orders
- Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and cleaned regularly
- Take orders from customers, answer questions about products/services offered and offer suggestions as required
- Provide excellent customer service at all times by being polite, friendly and helpful
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times

Skills & Qualifications:

- Previous barista experience would be advantageous but not essential - Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Passion for coffee making - Knowledge of health & safety regulations
