Truck Driver Wanted in Ras-al-Khaimah

We are looking for an experienced truck driver to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious individual who can drive long distances safely and efficiently. The successful candidate must possess a valid UAE driving license and have experience driving trucks. Knowledge of the local region is preferred but not essential.

Job Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for operating trucks to transport goods and materials to their appropriate destinations. They will ensure that all cargo is loaded correctly, securely, and safely while adhering to all traffic regulations. The driver must complete accurate logs of each journey, including times, distances, stops and any problems encountered along the way. They will also be responsible for carrying out daily vehicle checks and ensuring that any maintenance or repair needs are reported.

Requirements

We require a minimum of 2 years' experience driving trucks in the UAE or a similar role. Applicants must have a valid UAE driving license with at least 6 points remaining on it with no major endorsements (minor endorsements acceptable). Good knowledge of the local area is preferred but not essential. The successful applicant should also be physically fit, able to lift heavy items as necessary, and possess excellent communication skills.
