Job Title: Chef

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary: 1200 SAR

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international and highly professional kitchen team.

This position requires a good level of creativity, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality throughout food preparation and presentation. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills as well as being able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
• Develop recipes, menus and products that meet company standards
• Cook dishes according to menu specifications
• Manage kitchen staff effectively to ensure efficient operations
• Ensure all food safety regulations are followed correctly
• Monitor stock levels and plan orders accordingly
• Maintain accurate records such as inventory levels, invoices etc.
• Monitor food quality and taste dishes prior to serving them

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook with at least 5 years' experience in similar role specializing in Middle Eastern cuisine • Culinary Arts diploma or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential • Expert knowledge of hygiene standards, cooking techniques and nutrition • Excellent organizational and leadership skills • A commitment to providing excellent customer service • Ability to read, comprehend and follow recipes accurately • Good understanding of English language is essential • We are ready to consider foreigners for this position
