Executive Chef Position in Riyadh


We are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to lead our team in Riyadh. This position offers a salary of 1700 and is open to foreigners. The Executive Chef will be responsible for the overall success of the kitchen and its staff, as well as menu design and implementation.



Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement new menus, recipes and other culinary offerings.
- Supervise the kitchen staff in terms of food preparation, cooking, presentation and cleanliness.
- Monitor food production to ensure that quality standards are met.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met in line with local regulations.
- Manage inventory, order supplies and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
- Track food costs and create strategies to reduce waste.
- Provide training and development opportunities for kitchen staff.



Requirements:


- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high volume restaurant or hotel environment.
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
- Understanding of nutrition principles related to menu planning.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with industry’s best practices.
