Librarian job vacancy in Dubai UAE for foreigners


We are looking for a Librarian to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the library, organising books and materials, and providing assistance to library patrons.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent organisational and communication skills as well as a passion for literature and reading. They should be able to work efficiently under pressure and multitask with ease. They must also have an excellent knowledge of the latest technologies used in libraries, such as electronic catalogues, databases, and online resources.

The librarian will be responsible for ordering new books and materials, cataloguing them accurately and ensuring that the library collection is up to date with the latest titles. The librarian should also be familiar with copyright regulations. Additionally, they will be expected to provide reference services to patrons both in person and over the phone or online.

We are offering a competitive salary of 1100 AED per month plus other benefits. We are open to consider applications from immigrants who can demonstrate the necessary qualifications and skills required for this post.
