We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to take the lead in a unique and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen team, ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards and coordinating with the front of house staff to ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience. The Executive Chef will be expected to design creative new dishes and update our existing menus with innovative ideas, as well as managing kitchen operations, maintaining food quality, setting and controlling food costs, planning menus, and supervising kitchen staff.

The ideal candidate must have strong culinary skills and expertise in cooking techniques as well as excellent leadership abilities. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service is essential along with having up-to-date knowledge of food trends, health regulations and best practices. The position requires at least 5 years' experience in a similar role in a high-end restaurant establishment.
