HR manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager for our company in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and communication abilities, as well as the capacity to work independently and with a team. The candidate must also be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality results.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company’s goals
- Managing employee recruitment and onboarding processes
- Developing and implementing systems for performance evaluation and career development
- Working with managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and review resumes
- Establishing compensation plans that are competitive within the industry
- Developing job postings, placing ads, and conducting interviews
- Overseeing employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, vacation policies, etc.
- Managing employee relations issues such as grievances or disciplinary actions
- Analyzing data to determine employee turnover rates, time management trends, or areas of improvement for company operations

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in Human Resources Management or similar role
• Knowledge of current employment laws in UAE
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
