We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills to ensure the efficient running of our restaurant.

Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, including customer service, staff management, financial accountability, and ensuring that health and safety regulations are adhered to.

The Restaurant Manager will be expected to maintain a high level of customer service at all times and ensure that staff members are well trained in their duties. They should also possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative when necessary. Excellent communication skills are a must in order to be able to effectively communicate with both customers and staff members.

The successful candidate will also work closely with other departments within the company (e.g. marketing) on projects related to the restaurant operations. This role involves some travel within Al-Kuwait for meetings or site visits if required.

We offer an attractive salary of 1200 per month plus various benefits such as medical insurance, meal allowance etc., for this position. We are open to considering applicants from foreign countries as well as Kuwaiti nationals for this role. We do not require any minimum work experience for this position; however, any relevant experience would be a plus point during selection process.
