Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of recruiting for different types of positions. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from screening CVs, conducting interviews and hiring the best talent to join our organization.

Responsibilities

Your role as the Recruiter will include:

• Assessing job requirements and developing job descriptions and job postings accordingly;

• Screening resumes, conducting interviews and selecting suitable candidates;

• Building a strong network of potential candidates through social media, job boards and other channels;

• Advising managers on recruitment policies and procedures;

• Developing compensation plans and negotiating salary packages with selected candidates;

• Keeping abreast of industry trends, labor laws and regulations related to recruitment processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you must have: < p >• Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role; < p >• Knowledge of recruitment methods (e.g. sourcing, networking, direct search); < p >• Understanding of labor laws and regulations; < p >• Excellent communication skills in both English & Arabic preferred;< br />
