Kindergarten Teacher Vacancy – Abu Dhabi

The Education Department of Abu Dhabi is seeking a qualified, dedicated and reliable Kindergarten Teacher to join our teaching team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering an effective, developmentally appropriate curriculum for children aged 3-5 years old.

This position offers a salary of 1300 AED per month and is open to both foreign and local applicants, with or without experience.

Responsibilities:
-Developing lesson plans to meet the individual needs of each student
-Developing strategies to encourage student participation and engagement in learning activities
-Fostering a safe, nurturing environment that promotes learning and positive behavior
-Assessing student performance in order to track progress within the classroom
-Conducting parent meetings and other forms of communication as necessary
-Collaborating with school staff members to ensure students receive the best possible educational experience

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
-Knowledge of child development principles
-Strong organizational, communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills
-Ability to create a fun learning atmosphere
