Office Assistant in Sharjah


We are looking for a highly motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1100 AED per month. We are open to considering candidates from abroad, with or without experience. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently.


Responsibilities


  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Maintain filing systems and databases
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Organize meetings and take minutes

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
