Office Assistant - Jabal-Ali

We are looking for an organized, motivated and friendly Office Assistant to join our team in Jabal-Ali. We offer a salary of 1700 and are willing to consider a foreigner. No experience is necessary as we are willing to train the right candidate.

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company’s office staff. Your duties will include answering telephones, greeting visitors, filing documents, preparing correspondence and other related duties as assigned. You will also be expected to help maintain office organization by keeping supplies stocked and spaces tidy at all times.

To be successful in this role you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as good organizational skills. You must be comfortable using computers and other office equipment such as printers and scanners. A reliable individual with good time management skills is essential for this role.
