We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. The successful candidate will have responsibility for leading, managing and motivating the sales team to ensure they reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales management, proven leadership skills and excellent communication abilities. A knowledge of the local market and customer base is highly desirable. In addition, the candidate must be proficient in English, both written and spoken.

The role requires the ability to motivate and encourage the team, set objectives and targets, as well as develop strategies to improve performance. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring sales activities and managing customer relationships. They should be able to analyse data, identify trends, analyze customer needs and optimize opportunities.

The salary offered is 1300 per month plus benefits including medical insurance and other allowances as applicable. We are willing to consider applications from immigrants who meet the job requirements.
