Executive Chef needed in Ras-al-Khaimah

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. We offer a salary of 1200 AED per month and are prepared to consider applications from foreign candidates. The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:

Requirements for the Candidate:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Chef or related role in a top-rated establishment.

• A comprehensive knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques.

• The ability to create exciting, innovative new dishes while maintaining traditional recipes.

• Excellent organization, communication and leadership skills.

• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning and development, staff management and training, food preparation and presentation. He/She will also ensure that all health and safety regulations are met. In addition, the Executive Chef will be expected to develop relationships with suppliers to ensure that the highest quality ingredients are used.
