Executive Chef Job in Jabal-Ali

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. This position offers a salary of 1500 and we are open to considering a foreign candidate. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating delicious, innovative dishes and maintaining a high standard of excellence in the kitchen. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for leading and supervising staff, meeting health and safety regulations, controlling food costs, and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities:

• Develop recipes and design menus for restaurant


• Lead kitchen staff in preparing daily meals


• Maintain a safe work environment through proper hygiene practices and food safety standards


• Plan production schedules to ensure smooth operations


• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and stocked at all times


• Monitor food costs to ensure profitability targets are met


• Document inventory levels, orders, and wastage

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Executive Chef or similar role



• Knowledge of sanitation regulations



• Familiarity with culinary trends
  
  Excellent leadership skills
