Job Description:

We are looking to hire an experienced Waiter to join our team at Khalifah A City. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

The Waiter will provide prompt, courteous, and friendly service while taking orders and serving guests in a professional manner. They will ensure that all customers feel welcome and are given attentive care. The Waiter will also be responsible for keeping the restaurant clean and organized at all times.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers when they enter the restaurant
• Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
• Ensure that all tables are set up correctly with appropriate cutlery, linens, china, etc.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Ensure that all areas of the restaurant remain clean and tidy at all times
• Follow health and safety rules as outlined by the restaurant manager

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is strongly preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with an ability to build trust with customers quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking skills
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays as necessary

We offer 1700 salary for this position, plus other benefits available for the successful candidate. We are also willing to consider applications from foreigners who have relevant experience in the area.
