Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee drinks, pastries, and other food items to customers in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a friendly, professional attitude and excellent customer service skills.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in the food industry, with a strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques. They should also have excellent multitasking skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
• Greeting customers upon arrival
• Taking orders accurately
• Preparing hot and cold beverages to customer specifications
• Operating various machines such as grinders, blenders, juicers etc.
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas
• Handling cash register transactions
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
• Upselling additional items when appropriate

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role • Knowledge of espresso machines, latte art techniques etc. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure • Must be willing to work flexible hours • Immigrant status is acceptable

Salary: 1200 AED per month
