Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Jabal-Ali. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting data about land boundaries and features for development, engineering, and construction projects. You should have excellent technical skills, great attention to detail, and have the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

The successful candidate must have a degree in surveying or related field and some experience in land surveying. We are also willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct research and analysis of real estate records to determine boundary lines and other legal details
• Measure distances, angles, elevations, areas, and perimeters of land parcels
• Utilize surveying instruments such as theodolites, levels, total stations and GPS systems
• Record data using computers or hand-written notes
• Prepare detailed reports that include technical information such as property boundary descriptions
• Monitor changes in land use regulations or property ownership

Salary: 1200 AED/monthly
