Surveyor – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position offers a salary of 1200 SAR per month and is open to both local and foreign applicants.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveys of land, buildings, and other structures to assist in construction and development projects.
• Prepare survey reports for review by landowners, regulatory agencies and client representatives.
• Utilize specialized survey equipment including total stations, data collectors, levels, GPS receivers and other related technology.
• Ensure accurate data collection and analysis of collected data points.
• Validate existing survey information and land records through various research methods.
• Maintain detailed records of all surveying activities.
• Provide technical support to architects, engineers and other related professionals in regards to surveying activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field preferred or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of experience as a Surveyor.
• Expertise with surveying equipment calibration, maintenance and operation required.
• Familiarity with international standards for land surveys preferred.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, maps and legal documents related to surveying activities required.
• Excellent problem solving skills required with the ability to work independently or as part of a team environment .
