We are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate measurements and mapping of properties and land.

Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed land surveys using specialized instruments such as total stations, theodolites, and GPS receivers to measure distances and angles between points.
• Analyze survey results for accuracy and discrepancies.
• Document survey results by preparing reports, maps, drawings, and other materials.
• Prepare legal documents related to property boundaries such as deeds, property descriptions, easements, etc.
• Monitor progress of construction projects to ensure adherence to design standards.
• Maintain records of survey data including sketches, notes, photographs etc.
• Use computer software programs to generate reports and analyze data.
• Inspect construction sites prior to the start of the development process in order to identify any potential problems or changes in the land features that may affect the construction project.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in surveying or a related field is preferred but not necessary.
• Previous experience in land surveying is preferred but not mandatory.
• A valid driver’s license is required as travel may be necessary on occasion to conduct surveys at remote locations.
• Good knowledge of updated surveying laws and regulations is essential for this position.

Salary: 1400 SAR/month
