Surveyor Role in Riyadh

We are looking for an experienced, reliable Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. You will be responsible for conducting surveys to assess land characteristics, identify boundaries and map structures to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. You must have a good technical understanding of surveying practices, be able to interpret survey data and be familiar with the use of surveying technologies and software.

Responsibilities for this role include:

- Conducting surveys using techniques such as theodolite, total station, GPS systems and laser scanning.

- Measuring distances and angles between points on a site.

- Interpreting survey data to determine boundaries, building heights and other features of the site.

- Creating detailed maps that can be used by architects, engineers and planners.

- Maintaining records of all survey data collected.

Requirements for this role include:

- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field.

- Previous experience as a surveyor (at least 1 year).

- Familiarity with surveying technologies such as total station, GPS systems, laser scanning etc.
