We are looking for an organized and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The primary responsibility of the Supervisor is to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for leading teams of employees, monitoring performance, maintaining safety standards, and problem solving any issues that arise. You must also keep detailed records of daily activities and provide reports to upper management as needed.

To be successful in this role you must have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to stay calm under pressure. We are willing to consider a foreigner who meets the above requirements.
