Psychiatrist vacancy in Doha Qatar


We are seeking a Psychiatrist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Psychiatrist you will provide psychological care and support for patients suffering from mental illness. You will be working closely with other healthcare professionals and be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with psychiatric disorders.

The ideal candidate will have a doctoral degree in psychiatry and be licensed in Qatar. Any experience in psychiatry or mental health is preferred but we are ready to consider an immigrant who has no experience. The salary package offered is 1700 QAR/month, depending on qualifications and experience.

Your duties will include conducting interviews and assessments of patients through observation, psychological tests, and patient histories; developing treatment plans; prescribing medications; providing therapy or counseling; making referrals to other healthcare professionals; providing crisis intervention services; coordinating care with the treatment team; monitoring patient progress; conducting research on new treatments; writing reports; presenting at conferences or workshops.
