Project Manager, Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects in the Middle East region, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and high-quality results. The successful candidate will be expected to lead a team of professionals and manage multiple projects at once. They should have excellent communication skills and demonstrate the ability to solve complex problems quickly and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor the progress of projects from initiation to completion



• Develop project plans and timelines, set objectives, scope out work packages, assign resources, and monitor progress



• Identify potential risks associated with assigned projects and develop strategies to mitigate them



• Manage all stakeholders in the project (internal & external) including customers



• Provide regular reports on the progress of the project to management team



• Adhere to budget constraints while ensuring quality standards are met or exceeded

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited university; Master’s degree preferred
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager working on large-scale projects
• Fluent English language skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
