We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to work in a vibrant and exciting city. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensuring that all customer service standards are met.

Responsibilities

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing the entire restaurant staff, including hiring and training new employees, ensuring food safety standards are met, and developing strategies to maximize efficiency and profit. The ideal candidate must be able to manage customer inquiries and complaints, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Other duties include working with suppliers to ensure the highest quality of ingredients, managing inventories, creating menus, scheduling staff hours, and coordinating promotional activities.

Qualifications

The successful applicant must have at least 3 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in hospitality industry. A degree in Hospitality Management is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills as well as strong interpersonal communication abilities. They must also be highly organized with a keen eye for detail.

Salary

This position offers a salary of 1200 AED per month plus benefits depending on experience.
