Construction Manager (Abu-Dhabi)

We are seeking a highly skilled, organized and motivated Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the construction of multiple projects within the Abu-Dhabi region. This role requires excellent leadership and problem-solving skills to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, direct and control the construction of projects
• Manage all aspects of each project including scheduling, subcontractors, materials suppliers and safety compliance
• Monitor progress to ensure that construction activities are in line with original plans
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and other vendors
• Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, codes and standards
• Prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment rental and labor
• Provide technical advice on construction methods, materials selection and cost control strategies
• Ensure jobsite safety regulations are followed at all times.
• Resolve conflicts between contractors or other vendors.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role with demonstrated success in completing large scale projects on time and within budget
• Excellent understanding of relevant regulations, codes, standards and best practices
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics/plans
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
• Good problem solving & decision making skills

Salary: 1500 AED per month (will consider immigrants).
