Office Administrator Vacancy in Abu-Dhabi


We are searching for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The position offers a competitive salary of 1600 per month and we are ready to consider a foreigner for this role.


Responsibilities


  • Maintain office operations by organizing office operations and procedures, including data management and filing systems.

  • Answer telephone inquiries and direct calls appropriately.

  • Maintain office documentation, such as contracts, invoices, etc.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the office.

  • Ensure all office equipment is functioning properly.

Requirements

  • At least two years experience as an Office Administrator or similar position.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
    • < li >Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
