Office Manager (Abu Dhabi)
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to manage a team of administrative personnel. Our ideal candidate is an immigrant who is committed to maintaining a productive and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations
β’ Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate office staff
β’ Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including schedules, meetings, and appointments
β’ Monitor office expenses and budget
β’ Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, placing orders as required
β’ Oversee the maintenance of office equipment
β’ Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
β’ Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
β’ Prepare reports for management as required
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
β’ Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative role in Abu Dhabi
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
β’ Proficient with time management and organizational skills
β’ Ability to multitask efficiently with attention to detail
Salary: 1700 AED per month. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.
