We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor for our location in Abu-Dhabi. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500 per month. The successful candidate must be capable of managing and leading a team, setting high standards and enforcing operational procedures.

The primary responsibility of the Supervisor is to ensure that all tasks are performed in a timely and efficient manner, while also monitoring staff performance, providing feedback and motivation to staff when needed, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. They must also be able to identify areas of improvement in employee productivity, provide recommendations and help implement changes where necessary. In addition, they should have the ability to provide guidance on safety issues and ensure that staff adhere to safety protocols.

The successful Supervisor should have excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong organizational, problem-solving and decision making abilities. Previous supervisory experience or management experience is preferred but not required. The ability to communicate effectively in English is essential for this role. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this position.
