Supervisor – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a professional Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our business, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency are met.

Responsibilities:

The Supervisor is expected to take a hands-on approach to ensure that all tasks assigned are completed on time and within budget. They will need to monitor progress and make sure that operational goals are achieved. The Supervisor must also coordinate with other departments, such as sales, finance, and marketing, to ensure that all goals are met. Other responsibilities include:

• Reviewing performance of staff on a regular basis.
• Providing guidance and support to the team.
• Enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Organizing staff training sessions.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new supplies as needed.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
