We are currently looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks and activities assigned by management are completed in a timely and efficient manner, as well as supervising staff and providing support as needed.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. They should also be able to provide guidance and direction to employees, while demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate their team. They must have a good understanding of company policies, procedures, and protocols.

The Supervisor will be expected to manage workflow, develop strategies to improve operations, create reports on performance metrics, monitor staff performance, review customer feedback, resolve conflicts between employees, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. In addition to these responsibilities they must be able to work independently or with minimal supervision. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this position who have the right experience and qualifications.
