Job Description

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team. This includes assigning tasks, monitoring progress, providing support and mentoring, as well as ensuring quality assurance. Additionally, the Supervisor will handle any customer inquiries or complaints in a timely manner, keeping accurate records of all interactions. They will also be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.

Requirements for Candidate

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or similar role.


• Excellent communication skills.


• Strong organizational and problem solving skills.


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


• Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
