We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring the daily operations of the organization, ensuring high standards of customer service, overseeing staff training and performance evaluation, providing guidance and advice to staff, as well as handling customer complaints. They will also need to implement safety policies and procedures, develop strategies to improve efficiency and productivity, ensure compliance with all legal regulations within their area of responsibility, maintain accurate records and reports of activities, and manage budgeting for all departments under their supervision.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in order to effectively interact with staff members at all levels. They should also have strong organizational skills in order to plan their own work schedule as well as any other tasks delegated by the management team. A background in business-related fields is also preferred but not essential.
