Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be highly motivated, and demonstrate superb communication abilities.

The duties of the Secretary include providing administrative support to the team, managing calendars and scheduling meetings, handling telephone calls and emails, taking notes during meetings, preparing reports, organizing filing systems, and any other tasks assigned by the team.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone with an excellent command of English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

We offer a competitive salary of 1300 AED per month with the possibility to grow in the future. We are willing to consider immigrant candidates for this position. If you think you have what it takes to be part of our team, please submit your resume today!
