We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization and its staff, as well as maintaining efficient office operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be highly motivated, able to work independently and have a positive attitude.



Responsibilities:


The successful candidate will be responsible for:



  • Providing administrative support to the organization and its staff.

  • Managing incoming calls and emails.

  • Organizing meetings and preparing agendas.

  • Managing office supplies, equipment and stationery orders.

  • Maintaining a filing system.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
    • < li >Excellent organizational and communication skills.< li >Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.< li >Strong attention to detail.< li >Proactive attitude.< p >< strong >Salary: 1300 AED per month. We are ready to consider an immigrant.
