Freelance HR Specialist Vacancy in Abu-Dhabi

We at XYZ Company are looking for a highly experienced HR specialist to join our team. We are offering a salary of 1000 and are open to considering foreign applicants. This position is suitable for candidates with at least 2 years of experience.

Job Summary

The freelance HR specialist will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed. This will include hiring, onboarding, payroll, performance management, employee relations and other duties as required. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to provide guidance and support to colleagues.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the freelance HR specialist include:

• Developing and implementing human resources strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Managing recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, interviewing and selecting new staff
• Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to staff members
• Maintaining accurate records of employee performance, attendance and leave information
• Providing advice on employee relations issues such as disciplinary procedures, grievances and redundancies

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in an HR role
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels
• Excellent problem-solving skills
