Freelancer Job in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for a talented freelance professional to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The salary for this position is 1500. We are open to welcoming foreign applicants as well.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting research and analysis on assigned projects


• Identifying areas of improvement in existing processes and procedures


• Providing creative solutions and strategies to improve efficiency


• Developing detailed project plans and timelines


• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines


• Provide data-driven recommendations based on research findings

Requirements:

• BS/MS degree in Human Resources or relevant field
• 2+ years of experience working as an HR specialist
• Knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
