Position: Dental Assistant
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1700 AED/month
Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the dentist and dental hygienist with patient care, performing administrative duties and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a dental assistant program preferred.
• At least two years of experience as a dental assistant or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of dental instruments and procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to consider a foreigner.
• Ability to speak English fluently is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, materials, and patient charts before appointments.
• Assist the dentist or hygienist during procedures by using suction devices or other tools.
• Take X-rays when needed and develop them properly.
• Explain treatment plans, appointments, and payments to patients clearly; answer any questions they may have about procedures or costs.
• Sterilize instruments according to established protocols.
• Maintain all relevant medical records accurately and up-to-date in electronic format as well as paper files for easy accessibility when required by the dentist or hygienist.
