Office Assistant – Musaffah, Abu Dhabi
We are looking to hire an Office Assistant to join our team in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. The position carries a salary of AED 1400, and we welcome applications from foreign candidates with no prior experience. The successful candidate will be expected to provide administrative support and services and ensure the smooth running of the office.
Job Description
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including couriers
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, scanning etc.
- Manage the office stationary stock
- Maintain the appearance of the office
- Provide support with scheduling appointments with clients/customers/partners
Requirements for the Candidate:

- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
