We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Reef Al Fujairah City. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, overseeing customer relations, and handling client accounts. The ideal candidate should have 1 year of experience in sales and customer service, able to work independently and within a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the sales team by setting goals and objectives


• Assist in developing strategies to increase sales and expand customer base


• Oversee customer relations, including responding to inquiries and resolving any conflicts


• Handle clients' accounts, including billing and payment processing


• Ensure that customer service standards are met at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in sales or similar role



• Knowledge of business management principles, customer service techniques, and financial regulations.



• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.



• Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.



• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary: 1400 AED/month.
