Job Summary

The Merchandiser will work to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of products from suppliers to customers. They will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, negotiating with vendors, pricing products, and ensuring product availability in the store. The Merchandiser will also be responsible for coordinating with the store staff to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, replenishing items, and ensuring product availability.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive prices for products.
• Set prices for products according to market trends and customer demand.
• Coordinate with store staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop promotional strategies to increase sales.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred).

Previous experience in merchandising or retail (preferred).

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (required).
