We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in El-Fujairah. The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and increasing market share. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to develop creative solutions to customer needs and be able to work independently.

The Sales Manager will play a key role in developing relationships with clients, building sales plans, tracking progress against objectives, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service are maintained. Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to develop marketing plans and campaigns to increase sales volume, anticipate potential problems and devise creative solutions to meet customer needs.

The successful candidate should possess an undergraduate degree in business or related field as well as 5+ years of proven experience in sales management with a proven track record of success. Experience with managing teams is also preferred. Fluency in English is required while knowledge of Arabic is desirable but not essential. We are willing to consider foreign nationals for this position with a salary of 1700 per month being offered.
