Job Description

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations including menu planning, recipe development and implementation, staff training, scheduling and inventory management. To ensure customer satisfaction, the Executive Chef will ensure that all dishes are prepared according to established recipes and presentation standards. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for monitoring food costs, maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment, and ensuring that all health department standards are met.

Demands for the Candidate

The ideal candidate must have previous experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. They should also possess strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff members to deliver outstanding results. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic is necessary.
